When you come to rent ski equipment, it's essential to bring a government-issued ID and a credit card for the rental deposit. Additionally, knowing your weight, height, and shoe size will help us quickly find the right gear for you. If you have your own ski boots, bring them along to ensure the skis are compatible. For clothing rentals, it’s a good idea to wear thin, form-fitting layers to get the most accurate fit.

Yes, we highly recommend reserving your ski equipment in advance, especially during peak seasons, to ensure availability. You can reserve equipment through our website or over the phone by providing details such as rental dates, skier information (height, weight, shoe size, and skill level), and payment information. We'll have your equipment ready for pick-up on your selected date. Early reservations also sometimes qualify for discounts or special offers, so be sure to ask or check our website for details.

We have two accomodations in Norikura called Butter Hotel and Butter Inn. Butter Inn is a self contained air-bnb and Butter Hotel has something for everyone, dorm rooms, King private rooms or 4 bed private rooms with ensuites.
